“Service hybrid electric system “ error on brand new 2020 PHEV limited

I tied using different chargers but the problem is still there . Tried using level 1 charger but same problem. I can still drive the van but it won't charge. Any help appreciated. If someone else had similar problems, help would be appreciated.
