We have been having a rhythmic clicking sound that almost sounds like a small washing machine that occurs when we turn the van off. It sounds like it is coming from the dash. The sound shuts off after about two minutes and only occurs when the vehicle is off. If you open a door, the sound starts up again. Otherwise, the vehicle has been running fine. Has anyone else experienced this? 2018 Hybrid 10,000 miles. All recalls and RRT's completed with no issues found.

Hello EVERYONE, I have just over 39,100 miles on my Pachy and woke up to a frustrating surprise. My Pachys battery died. Door locks did not work, no lights. I had to use the key to manually open the car. I was able to jump start the vehicle from the battery post. The vehicle started, however a check engine light came on. I really, really want to get a hitch to transport bikes to my 2018 PacHy Touring +, but I'm concerned I'll scrape every time I drive in and out of the driveway. I would like to create a cardboard model and tape it to the area to try it out before I buy and install the hitch. Would anyone with a 2018 PacHy and a Draw-tite hitch please take two measurements for me?
