We have a 2018 PHEV and in general have had no problems. We waited until recently to take it to the dealer for the various recalls and, after failing the Z11 battery-test, received a new battery -- and after just a few days wait.
Unfortunately, now we are seeing warnings and error messages re the hybrid system though the van continues to drive alright. Also, the dealer is slammed and has a two-week backlog for non-emergency work so I'm trying to figure-out how urgent this situation...
