Electric Vehicle screen

When you check Electric Vehicle screen /Power flow, you usually see the electric mode, hybrid mode, and u see illustration of electric green direction of generating and consuming, is there anywhere I can see all the possible scenarios and what they mean? Or why would it drive in Hybrid mode when battery is 100% full? As you know this is my second week with the car and discovering an overwhelming amount of data

2021 Hybrid only using gas - no battery - Weird...

I've got a really weird problem. For the last week, my 2021 Pacific Hybrid has been only driving on gas. I assumed it was something to do with a fuel refresh, since I've been driving on mainly electric for a while. So I ran the tank to empty, and refilled it with 8 gallons. And even after 4 gallons of new gas used, it still only uses gas. There has never been a warning in the driver messages. Not even the "Fuel and Oil Refresh Mode" I've read about. Thoughts? I have questions about the lemon law process with FCA. Have you had FCA exchange your PACHY due to lemon law?

So before anyone asks, yes I've asked these questions to my lemon law lawyer, but they take weeks/months to reply sometimes and it's frustrating. So figured I'd ask here, as I know several people have gone through the lemon law process with their PACHY. We have a 2020 that is currently going through the process, we just received the paperwork from FCA with all the details, so now it's just waiting for me to sign them. For anyone curious, it's been 7 months since we initiated this process... I have questions about the lemon law process with FCA. Have you had FCA exchange your PACHY due to lemon law?

2022 Order Delays

Checking if anyone is waiting an extended time for their order. I ordered a 2022 Pacifica Limited Hybrid Fathom Blue in August. I still have not received the vehicle yet. It was built and released form the factory on December 21 and has been sitting in the shipping stage ever since (44 Days). The dealer said they have never seen this before. Has anyone had this happen to their order?

Any solutions about van shutting off while driving, and not restarting?

I've seen a few older posts about this, and I was wondering if anyone has been able to get it fixed? We're over an hour from the nearest dealer, and just had this happen on our 2020 Pacifica hybrid. Like many people, we're driving down the road, it shuts off and says service charging system with the check engine light. @ChryslerCares

Hello, I'm deciding between a Kia Carnival and PHEV Pacifica. The PHEV Pacifica is $10,000 more expensive (includes gov't rebate). How long do you think it would take to recoup the initial $10k price difference or would I never re coup it? Things to take into consideration.. 1. Commute to work is 40km (country roads) currently without option to plug in at work 2. Would prefer not to install level 2 charger at home 3. I live in southern ontario canada 4. Carnival mpg is 10.6 Litres... Calling on all the smarties out there.
