2021 Hybrid only using gas - no battery - Weird...

I've got a really weird problem. For the last week, my 2021 Pacific Hybrid has been only driving on gas. I assumed it was something to do with a fuel refresh, since I've been driving on mainly electric for a while. So I ran the tank to empty, and refilled it with 8 gallons. And even after 4 gallons of new gas used, it still only uses gas. There has never been a warning in the driver messages. Not even the "Fuel and Oil Refresh Mode" I've read about. Thoughts?
