Just got our van back after 7+ weeks at dealership service, over 700 miles from our home. Here's the story so far.

I didn't think we'd ever end up being one of 'those stories', but here we go. I'm hoping this info (and the service details at the end of this post) will help others who may be in our situation. I'm also not going to name the dealership, they did a decent job with what they had and were friendly throughout the process (although had to push on them slightly in one situation). We bought a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Limited new in late 2018 (and put about 25k trouble free miles on it). Later...
