2nd row seating not locking sliding back & forth

hi guys- we have a 2018 hybrid limited - our passage r side 2nd row seat is not locking in and sliding back & forth - wondering if there is an easy fix or should i take it to service? we bought it in 2019 so i think still under warranty. thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
