Just got the van back from having the ECH replaced. We now have a new clicking noise, similar to a relay noise when the gas pedal moved quickly in either direction. ie when accelerating or decelerating. It appears to be coming from inside.
The other thing I noticed is that it now charges at 29.6 amps whereas before it was nearer 28, and we have intermittent charging issues now. It will stop charging mid cycle . The error is service charging system , then we just unplug and plug the charger...
