Oil / greasy dripping - Worrying sight

I found an oily/greasy liquid patch on my garage floor and slid underneath to check tings out. Noticed that the substance was dripping from a screw that is holding the plastic/fabric panel under the chassis. I also noticed alot of corrosion of a sort of aluminium wrap/padding close to where the high voltage battery is located. I just got a multipoint check done last month by the dealer with my oil change and nothing wrong was worth noting according to them. I get everything done by...
