New Clicking noise

So we did the recall update mid Sept. Ever since we get a clicking noise after the van has been driven for more than 20mins. Generally I hear this when on electric only, might happen with gas but alot harder to hear. Coming from between the mid and rear row assuming rear battery area. Can be heard from interior and exterior. More so on exterior/rear of vehicle. Its a cycling noise of on/off, some sort of pump. Is there a rear coolant pump for the battery, or maybe this is a the fuel pump... New Clicking noise
