My van did not started when using remote start button on the remote. When I went in the car to push the button start/stop it started but it made a really bad noise like if the engine/transmission was breaking a cube of ice. The EV cable was not plugged in so don't know if it would have helped. I'm not using the van as much these days but I use it every two days approx. Could it be the 12V battery voltage that dropped ? When using remote start is it only the 12V battery power used to start...
