Frustrating wifi issue - 2020 PHEV

Hi. The wifi hotspot in my 2020 PHEV has been working until recently (a couple weeks?), and I'm trying to figure out my next steps. Here's what we're seeing: The hotspot SSID is visible Devices can connect They do not have an internet connection when they do Devices are issued an IP address You cannot ping the network gateway (can you even when it's working?) You obviously cannot ping anything beyond it on the internet Here's what we've tried so far... Frustrating wifi issue - 2020 PHEV

The wifi hotspot in my 2020 PHEV has been working until recently (a couple weeks?), and I'm trying to figure out my next steps.

Here's what we're seeing:

• The hotspot SSID is visible
• Devices can connect
• They do not have an internet connection when they do
• Devices are issued an IP address
• You cannot ping the network gateway (can you even when it's working?)
• You obviously cannot ping anything beyond it on the internet
