FORM (Fuel and Oil Refresh Mode) is annoying, and for me, easy to stop.
Page 31 of the Pacifica Hybrid 2020 supplement manual states: "It is also possible to exit the Fuel and Oil Refresh Mode sooner by adding a minimum of four gallons of new fuel to the vehicle's fuel tank."
I have been following that advice. We started 2022 with 6113 miles on the odometer. Here is the history of FORM events by date, miles, and fuel added:
