Should my reject my Fathom/S PacHy Touring L (decontented)?

Should I reject the '22 PacHy to keep a '22 Odyssey? If dealer gives me the deal they said they would on trade, it's $12.5K out the door, $7.5K back to me in a few months, and a net outlay of $5K, but I'm concerned that they will renegotiate. I'd hardly use gas, but no towing. My first post after perusing for a while... A year ago, we bought a '22 Odyssey EX-L.
