We have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid limited edition.
over the last two months, we completely lost our heat and just had the coolant bypass valve break. Both were fixed under the power train warranty.
Around the same time, the van sounds extremely loud when driving above 45km/h regardless of if it's using the battery or engine and regardless if we are accelerating or coasting. Gas performance has also been fine though.
Dealership says there is no issue as the check engine light is no...
