Sudden loss of power - does it only happen at higher speeds?

So our 2021 Hybrid experienced the sudden loss of power a few weeks ago on the interstate when my wife was driving above 70 mph passing a semi. Typically we do not take it on the interstate so is stays under 65mph. Usually it is driven in town under 40 mph, with occasional highway trips around 60 mph. Since that first episode we have the 03a update applied, and have had no other loss of power episodes. However, we had a trip last Friday which required a few hundred miles of interstate...
