Does your odometer reading seem off?

I've had my Pacifica hybrid for about 8 months and the odometer already reads over 8,000 miles (it was delivered new with very low mileage). Prior to this, I have logged 5 or 6,000 miles per year consistently for years with my old car. At this rate I'll be at over 10,000 miles at the end of a year. I've never put that many miles on before and nothing in my driving routine has changed. Could the odometer be wrong? Does that ever happen?

Wireless CarPlay and Backup Camera Black Screen

Hi all, It seems like after a software update for the Pacifica some months ago, CarPlay has become a bit finicky. My phone connects just fine and everything works as expected, but when I reverse out of my driveway (backup camera activates and takes up the screen), shifting back into drive just gives me a black screen. Oil / greasy dripping - Worrying sight

I found an oily/greasy liquid patch on my garage floor and slid underneath to check tings out. Noticed that the substance was dripping from a screw that is holding the plastic/fabric panel under the chassis. I also noticed alot of corrosion of a sort of aluminium wrap/padding close to where the high voltage battery is located. I just got a multipoint check done last month by the dealer with my oil change and nothing wrong was worth noting according to them. I get everything done by... Oil / greasy dripping - Worrying sight

Buying Used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid

Hi all, I'm about to buy an used 2018 Pacifica hybrid with 90k Km milage. The car is still under warranty but currently is under open recall of this 03A loss of motive power. As per the dealer the issue has been fixed by updating the software. Its condition is excellent and i really like it for the family. After reading all this model problems I'm still concedering it and need to make up my mind very soon. Any advice pls? Should proceed or just forget about it. Thanks

new my chrysler app won't accept my vin

Has anyone had trouble upgrading to the newest my chrysler app? This is the one that keeps track of your recalls, maintenance,etc. A message says "this app is no longer supported; upgrade". When I add my vin it tells me to call an agent. Which I did, but nothing yet.

received new battery per Z11 and *now* we're getting warning messages

We have a 2018 PHEV and in general have had no problems. We waited until recently to take it to the dealer for the various recalls and, after failing the Z11 battery-test, received a new battery -- and after just a few days wait. Unfortunately, now we are seeing warnings and error messages re the hybrid system though the van continues to drive alright. Also, the dealer is slammed and has a two-week backlog for non-emergency work so I'm trying to figure-out how urgent this situation... received new battery per Z11 and *now* we're getting warning messages
