I'm new to the forum and just purchased a new (3/21 build) PacHy. We made the switch from an '08 Highlander with 160k+ miles after it was declared a total loss from hail damage, but I've been eyeing the PacHy since it came out. I absolutely love the plug-in capability, and in just 1 week I've found I can take my kids to/from school and all their after school stuff without having the ICE ever turn on (or just briefly at the end of a day with more than average mileage).
