Reduce Winter Gasoline Use for $40! Electric Defrost

Hi everyone. I've been trying to come up with an effective, elegant way to electrically defrost my windshield. I want to do this to avoid using gasoline, as the engine comes on when I call for defrost at approx 35f and lower. Sometimes, I don't need cabin heat, battery is full, and the engine turns off. Drives me nuts. Anyway, I tested out an option today and got really good results, at 3f. I bought the Cozy Legs Flat Panel Heater from Cozy Products. They do make the same product... Wireless Android Auto Intermittent

Hello everybody, I'm a quite happy new Pacifica Hybrid 2021 owner. However, Android Auto connectivity has been quite intermittent. $100 dealer oil change?

I had a Mopar coupon for a $44.95 synthetic oil change that I saw on my local dealer's website. I showed them the coupon before any work started. After they drained the oil they come over to me and say that the $44.95 coupon is not valid there (despite it being on their website) and that a regular (not synthetic) oil change is $100. Of course I was pissed and the guy at the desk (by himself that day - a Saturday) was very apologetic but there was nothing he could do, blah blah blah... $100 dealer oil change?

Replacing OEM Nexen Tires after only 7500 miles for Poor Winter Performance!

So I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this issue. We have 18" wheels on our 2019 PacHy Limited, and while it is somewhat admirable in the snow once you get going, it's atrocious when faced with a hill and starting from a stop. We've now had two inconsequential snowfalls, one that was 1-3" of slushy snow and one that was 4-6" which we didn't do a lot of driving around on. For the first snow, I was out of town but wife said she was sliding a lot out of the roads which have minimal... Replacing OEM Nexen Tires after only 7500 miles for Poor Winter Performance!

2021 PHEV heater failure at 9800K

I upgraded from a 2018 to a 2021. No issues with the 2018 for 20K miles. Now the 2021 just went over the 9K mark and the check engine light came on and car would mostly run on gas . Took it to dealer 11/23 and car sat and waited to get checked until yesterday 12/1 The mechanic diagnosed the heater failure and told me it on national back order. The dealer also told me that its not a good idea to use the car till its repaired. Right now I am not happy about the heater failure and the... 2021 PHEV heater failure at 9800K

Charging power surge

Hello fellow PHEV I've noticed that when charging at a Flo public station, power delivery is not steady. As you see in the graph below, there's quite a significant power surge above 10kw. Does it have a negative impact on the onboard charger which is limited to 6.6kw? Am I running the risk of frying the onboard charger in the long run? Any thoughts?

Frustrating wifi issue - 2020 PHEV

Hi. The wifi hotspot in my 2020 PHEV has been working until recently (a couple weeks?), and I'm trying to figure out my next steps. Here's what we're seeing: The hotspot SSID is visible Devices can connect They do not have an internet connection when they do Devices are issued an IP address You cannot ping the network gateway (can you even when it's working?) The wifi hotspot in my 2020 PHEV has been working until recently (a couple weeks?), and I'm trying to figure out my next steps.

• Devices can connect
• They do not have an internet connection when they do
• Devices are issued an IP address
• You cannot ping the network gateway (can you even when it's working?)
