2021 Hybrid-POE15

So once again our 2021 Hybrid is back at the dealership. We had it fixed back in February of this year for the ECH. The way it was acting this week I believe it's the ECH again. Running in engine mode and the battery usage barely used. Check engine light came on and now we are awaiting the dealership to tell us what is up. This is the third time our not even 2 year old van has been to dealership for issues. I'm fed up with this. Has anyone had success with FCA regarding lemon law or other... 2021 Hybrid-POE15
