Oil change required with 1k on oil?

Title might be confusing so I'll explain. This happened on new years day as I turned on the car in the morning, it went into fuel and oil refresh mode and this is a first since owning the vehicle (brand new and owned since 2019). EV range was about 14 miles left and just the prior Saturday it was driven ~80 miles so it was using both gas and electric. Fresh gas was filled from 1/3 tank to full a couple of weeks prior.
