Stoplight Audio for Pedestrians

On my way to get a beer, I pondered about the Ram truck stopped beside me at a stoplight. How could I get the pedestrian warning speakers to output the loud rumble of an idling large Hemi to startle the trucks and cars around me?

2018 Pacifica Hybrid issues

I took my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid into the dealership 3 weeks ago and they still don't know what's going on. They said they are waiting to hear from the engineers as to why my car won't take any of the updates. Apparently my system won't take a full charge, one of the passenger doors keeps opening when trying to close it and the rear sense went offline. Is this normal for them. Thanks for responding. Also if Chrysler cares can respond I would appreciate it.

2021 PacHy Uconnect Update brings down SiriusXM

Has anyone experienced in the past few hours or days a update to their UCONNECT system and brought down the SiriusXM satellite radio? It will now not connect and indicates no satellite connection, which was fine before the update. Curious if it will come be restored? Thanks

Long Term Storage

We live in northern Iowa and have a vacation home in the mountains of Arizona. We have a 2021 Hybrid and a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. The wife wants to take the Jeep to Arizona when we head down in October for the winter. If we take the Jeep then our Pacifica will be sitting in our garage 7 to 8 months. Should we be concerned about the batteries? Would it be wise to leave the charger plugged in for such a long period of time? Thanks

Is ACC/advanced safety worth 5K more?

In the market for a minivan - two kids, love to camp, etc. Longtime Honda/Toyota driver but willing to make the jump to the Pacifica for the hybrid. Agonizing over trim levels. Moving from a 1998 Honda Civic, so new vehicles are like spaceships for me. I've gone so long without (I had manual windows, etc) I don't know whether the new stuff is something I should enjoy as modern day joys or stuff I could still do without. Question is Limited vs. Touring. The only reason I would want to go... Is ACC/advanced safety worth 5K more?

Jd power initial quality for 2021

So, somehow the JD Power IQ ratings for 2021 are out and somehow chrysler, with 2 vehicles (3 if you count the hybrid separately) and one of those vehicles, the 300, finishing at the top of its category, managed to finish second to last. Do the math. That must make the 2021 chrysler Pacifica the most initially problematic vehicle in all of recorded history. I love mine so far but I do live in fear of it becoming a money pit. This doesn't help.
