Does your odometer reading seem off?

I've had my Pacifica hybrid for about 8 months and the odometer already reads over 8,000 miles (it was delivered new with very low mileage). Prior to this, I have logged 5 or 6,000 miles per year consistently for years with my old car. At this rate I'll be at over 10,000 miles at the end of a year. I've never put that many miles on before and nothing in my driving routine has changed. Could the odometer be wrong? Does that ever happen?

Oil / greasy dripping - Worrying sight

I found an oily/greasy liquid patch on my garage floor and slid underneath to check tings out. Noticed that the substance was dripping from a screw that is holding the plastic/fabric panel under the chassis. I also noticed alot of corrosion of a sort of aluminium wrap/padding close to where the high voltage battery is located. I just got a multipoint check done last month by the dealer with my oil change and nothing wrong was worth noting according to them. I get everything done by... Buying Used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Hybrid

Hi all, I'm about to buy an used 2018 Pacifica hybrid with 90k Km milage. The car is still under warranty but currently is under open recall of this 03A loss of motive power. As per the dealer the issue has been fixed by updating the software. Its condition is excellent and i really like it for the family. After reading all this model problems I'm still concedering it and need to make up my mind very soon. Any advice pls? Should proceed or just forget about it. Thanks

Has anyone had trouble upgrading to the newest my chrysler app? This is the one that keeps track of your recalls, maintenance,etc. A message says "this app is no longer supported; upgrade". When I add my vin it tells me to call an agent. Which I did, but nothing yet.

received new battery per Z11 and *now* we're getting warning messages

We have a 2018 PHEV and in general have had no problems. We waited until recently to take it to the dealer for the various recalls and, after failing the Z11 battery-test, received a new battery -- and after just a few days wait. Unfortunately, now we are seeing warnings and error messages re the hybrid system though the van continues to drive alright. Also, the dealer is slammed and has a two-week backlog for non-emergency work so I'm trying to figure-out how urgent this situation... received new battery per Z11 and *now* we're getting warning messages

Max Speed Setting... MPH?

We just got our 2023 PacHy last week and loving it so far. Going though the settings the other day just to tweak everything for our preferences and I happened on the maximum speed setting. Now we're in Canada, the van was built in Canada, and everything is in metric. However, this setting doesn't seem to have units associated with it and the highest I can set it is 110. If this is km/h, that may be a problem, as we regularly drive a route with a posted limit of 120km/hr. Some searches... Max Speed Setting... MPH?

Weather App Not Working

Is anyone else have problems with the weather app? Ours just displays the rotating circle for a while and then returns the message that an error has occured, try again later. Over the 2 years I've owned the car I would estimate that the weather app has only worked 1 out of 5 attempts, and when it works it does so every time until it stops and then it will never work for a while. Sudden loss of power - does it only happen at higher speeds?

So our 2021 Hybrid experienced the sudden loss of power a few weeks ago on the interstate when my wife was driving above 70 mph passing a semi. Typically we do not take it on the interstate so is stays under 65mph. Usually it is driven in town under 40 mph, with occasional highway trips around 60 mph. Since that first episode we have the 03a update applied, and have had no other loss of power episodes. However, we had a trip last Friday which required a few hundred miles of interstate... Engine is extremely loud above 45km/h

We have a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid limited edition. over the last two months, we completely lost our heat and just had the coolant bypass valve break. Both were fixed under the power train warranty. Around the same time, the van sounds extremely loud when driving above 45km/h regardless of if it's using the battery or engine and regardless if we are accelerating or coasting. Gas performance has also been fine though. Dealership says there is no issue as the check engine light is no... Engine is extremely loud above 45km/h

Awful static and crackling from Bluetooth connection when listening to music

Anyone else experiencing crackling and static noise when streaming music from Uconnect to your phone? I know 100% it's Uconnect and not my phone as the crackling sound is also consistent on two totally different Android phones and one iPhone. I performed the update that came out a couple months ago and I'm currently up to date. I'm afraid this is just another permanent glitch with Uconnect but hoping there is a fix out there. 2017 Pachy, 60k miles. So far so good. Had the battery warmer die, but this was fixed by the dealer so not a big problem for me. I'll assume the new battery warmer will last longer, please use experience to tell me otherwise. The biggest question: will this van make it to 100k without incident? Things like glitchy sortware, squeaky bushings, rattling doors etc are not reasons to call a car unreliable. And if they are, then every car I've ever owned is unreliable at 60k miles. My biggest... Does anyone know how to tighten the bottom sliding door rail? My left side sliding door on the PacHy gets squeaks often during driving, like making turns, stopping, accelerating etc. I have checked and lubricated the rubber seals and every possible plastic parts on the door but it's still noisy. Until today I compared my noisy left door with the quiet right door, the noisy door's bottom rail seems to have some loose play if yanked up and down. The right door's is very tight. How do you...
